Assam Black Tea

Assam black tea is a rich and full-bodied tea, perfect for enjoying on its own or as the base for breakfast blends and traditional chai. Our Assam tea is crafted from the tender tips of the Camellia sinensis bush’s fresh green harvests. It undergoes oxidation, which intensifies its flavor and gives it the distinctive dark color.

Hailing from the Assam region of Northeastern India, this tea is a favorite for its malty taste and strong aroma, making it a popular morning choice. It pairs wonderfully with cream and sugar and is an excellent alternative to coffee.

Assam black tea has a bold, crisp aroma and a robust, malty flavor that makes it perfect for adding milk and sugar. Contains caffeine.

Organic Assam tea.

Brewing Instructions
Place 1 tablespoon of loose-leaf tea into your preferred strainer, or use 1 tea bag for your mug. Steep in 8 fl. oz. of boiling water for 3-5 minutes. Remove the strainer or tea bag and enjoy. Adjust steeping time to your desired strength and flavor.
